- BUSINESS IMMIGRATION
In almost every instance where a Danish corporation starts business in
the United States, or where an American corporation starts business in
Denmark, the need arises to have persons stationed in the country where
activities are started up. The American immigration system is immensely
complex, and the Danish immigration system is very restricted. Thus, in
almost every instance where a person is to be stationed in either the
United States or in Denmark, it takes a complex application procedure to
obtain the necessary visa. Also, in order to obtain a visa, it is often
necessary to structure the business activities so that they match the
requirements in the relevant immigration laws.
Over the years, we have handled hundreds of visa applications to the
United States, and likewise we have obtained permanent residentship
(Green Card) for many Danes who have decided to stay in the Untied
States on a more permanent basis. Also, we have assisted a number of
American businesses in having Americans stationed in Denmark on a
temporary basis. |
