and the real estate transactional needs of clients. Our
immigration counselors secure visas and green cards for our
clients’ key personnel. We facilitate mergers and acquisitions,
and create and protect intellectual property rights. We are
experienced in the area of products liability.
With lawyers admitted to practice in the United States (the U.S.
Supreme Court, Federal Courts throughout the country, and all
the courts of California), Denmark (all Danish Courts), and the
European Court of Justice, our litigation group offers our
clients litigation counseling, dispute resolution, and trial and
appellate expertise.
